- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, maintain daily inventory levels, manage within or under plan for annual budget, and follow all Bulk Plant and Company Procedures and Policies.
- Ensure preventative maintenance completed as required
- Follow procedures on all Subcontractors, work with Supply Management to approve vendor, attain requisition approval, and approval prior to work being accomplished.
- Support the business line KPIs
- Ensure alignment of team and individual goals, focusing on change and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Develop a Safety culture within the team and celebrate success and encourage high level of engagement

- Experience/familiarity with pressurized vessels
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Business and/or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years industry related experience and/or related asset management experience
