    Job Overview

    As a Production Associate, you will play an integral role in the manufacturing of our medical devices.

    This role offers hands-on experience with advanced medical technologies, making it ideal for candidates passionate about precision and quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manufacturing: Participate in all aspects of manufacturing medical devices. Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust electronic and mechanical components.
    • Process Operation: Operate and monitor equipment, and conduct part inspections to uphold strict quality standards.
    • Documentation: Accurately fill out production forms and records to ensure traceability and compliance.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and quality procedures in a regulated work environment.
    • Scheduling: May be required to work shifts and/or weekends.

    Qualifications:

    • Must-Have: Hands-on experience in electronic or mechanical assembly, fabrication or testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Preferred: Knowledge of 5S, LEAN and plastics molding, and a relevant technical certificate.
    • Physical Requirements: Must be able to sustain an 8-hour shift of physical activity.
