Course Description
This course focuses on the critical role that communications plays in proposing, adopting and managing change within organizations. While considering all internal audiences as important, a primary objective of the course is to understand the critical role that public relations and communications professionals play with executive and senior leadership in sponsoring organizational change, and how communications can be integrated and improved to help organizations achieve value realization from their change initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have an MCM, MBA or PhD in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching experience (including teaching in a hybrid/virtual teaching environment) is preferred, as is accreditation in public relations, business communications or a related professional accreditation. Experience with teaching in professional communications programs/courses.
