Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Conduct thorough account analysis and financial analysis
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Assist with sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients
Stay uptodate with changes in tax laws and regulations
Utilize software such as QuickBooks and Xero for financial accounting purposes
Provide financial acumen to clients regarding investments, mergers, and acquisitions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures
Proficiency in using tax preparation software and tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tax returns
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Note:
Additional qualifications such as a CPA license or advanced degree in accounting may be preferred for certain positions.
