- Collaborate with stakeholders to solicit business requirements and translate those needs into potential solution documentation
- Review business requirement documentation for completion and obtain final sign-off
- Collect data, oversee migration of policy data into systems and execute month-end processes
- Ensure test process, methodologies and tools are applied appropriately
- Develop and document test scenarios, test matrices, and execute system/integration testing
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Acceptance Testing (PAT) after system implementation
- Actively participate in post-implementation support and review phase
- Assist in updating system tables/files accurately when changes are requested including product configuration & admin setup
- Assist in communicating to management, team leaders and trainers on any new or changed functionality of a system
- Provide technical support for clients via phone and e-mail to accurately record a detailed description of known issue, and work with cross-functional teams to address in a timely manner
- Post-secondary education in Business or Information Technology
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Advanced programming skills (Excel VBA, Python, SQL server)
- CIP, CRM, CBAP, CAPM, PMP preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in the Insurance or Finance industries preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst. Testing Analyst, or Business Consultant
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong technical acumen and demonstrated experience in data gathering, data analysis, data backfilling, and the creation of conceptual and logical models

You will drive system and process changes, managing your deliverables against set timelines for successful project and maintenance release deployments.
