Purpose of Position:

Provide and coordinate support for the Manager, Crew Training and Records.

Key Responsibilities:

Line indoc planning and recovery;
Tracking and reporting of pilot consolidation;
Planning Sim training and Recurrent training for pilots;
Booking all travel and hotel reservations for the above;
Planning line checks, Assessments, ground schools, CRM for Pilots
Other related duties as assigned.
Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of coworkers and customers.
Weekend support and coverage.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working for an airline preferred;
Postsecondary education preferred;
Fluency in both English and French would be a definite asset.
