    About the Role


    • We are seeking a skilled Business Insights Analyst to explore data and processes, collaborate with key partners, and drive strategic priorities.

    The successful candidate will investigate emerging claims trends, generate KPI monitoring reports, conduct in-depth analyses, and provide actionable recommendations. They will also deliver analysis materials that illustrate business trends and identify areas of business opportunities through effective visualization or presentation methods.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions;
    2. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools;
    3. Presentation of findings to various stakeholders including executives;
