- Be qualified for internal pickling process procedures.
- Safe handling of Hydrofluoric Acid.
- Follow all prescribed work instructions.
- Be trained and qualified in multiple other mechanical processes to support the project's success.
- Work shifts (including split) and OT as required.
- Lift and carry tubes (22 kg) 8 to 10 times daily (approx. frequency) – note: all lifts require two operators.
- Complete other tasks as requested by the Supervisor, Lead Hand or designate.
- Strong team player with a strong work ethic and ability to maintain positive working relations with co-workers and clients.
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness.
- Inspection and test equipment to monitor and check product quality according to written instructions.
- Use of precision measuring devices.
- 1 or 2-year diploma in Chemical handling/processing
- 3 to 5 years of industrial experience
- Previous qualification and/or previous calandria tube manufacturing experience
