    What will you be doing?

  • Supports departmental co-ordination of quality related activities.
  • Works with drawings, manuals or prototypes to assure conformance with established quality specifications.
  • Conduct audits on iPad, Inspects and verifies parts, products, procedures, processes, and/or specifications to ensure conformance with company standards.
  • Inspects materials and products using measuring instruments.
  • Compares products with part lists or sample models to ensure completion of assembly.
  • Resolves quality issues by problem solving with appropriate employees as required.
  • Conducts root cause analysis on product defects.
  • Reports off-specification product.
  • Assists the Quality Department in summarizing and preparing reports related to quality assurance (i.e. Quality Reports, First Off checks, Corrective Actions, scrap and rework)
  • Document control, calibration of measuring instruments, attend quality meetings, other duties as required
  • Consistently follows EHS general rules and procedures and is aware of the EHS policy
  • What skills, experience and education are we looking for?

  • College diploma an asset, however it is not required
  • Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment is a mandatory requirement.
  • Exposure to ISO standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Computer literacy (Working knowledge of Google Suites & Microsoft Office)
