About the Position:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within our organization.

The PM ensures that projects are completed within the given time frame, budget, and scope while meeting the quality standards set by the organization.

PM must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Additionally, a PM must have experience in project management methodologies and tools, as well as a thorough understanding of the industry.

Principal Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with stakeholders to clearly define the goals and objectives of the project, including the deliverables, timelines, and budget.
  • Developing a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identifying the resources required for the project and allocate them efficiently to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Identifying potential risks that may impact the project and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
  • Communicating project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders regularly to ensure that everyone is aware of the project's progress.
  • Managing the project team and ensure that everyone is working towards the project's goals and objectives.
  • Managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled, and any budget overruns are identified and managed.
  • Ensuring that the project meets the quality standards set by the organization and that deliverables meet the requirements specified in the project plan.
  • Ensuring that all project documentation is up to date and maintained throughout the project's life cycle.
  • Ensuring that the project is closed out effectively, including obtaining feedback from stakeholders and evaluating the project's success against its goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the industry in which the project is being executed.
  • Solid understanding of the technology or tools being used to execute the project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problemsolving, and timemanagement skills.

Preferred Skills:


  • Professional certification such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.
  • Industryspecific certifications are assets.
  • Experience working in a Software as a Service Company
