- Follow up on sales leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service.
- Create accurate contract and financial estimates for client proposals.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Understand customer needs and close sales.
- Present and execute customer agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or client relationship management.
- Fluent in English and French speaking competency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva and lead generation platforms is an asset.
