    We are looking for a positive, flexible, and reliable Regional Store Support Manager and Trainer with excellent interpersonal skills to support the operations of our company retail locations in Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

    In this position, your primary duty will be to ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures while maximizing our sales and profitability.

    Act as the primary trainer in various store locations by in-person and virtual support in the onboarding of new store hires;
    Support store teams within your region with in-person, virtual, one-on-one connection with the store team members to build teams up for success and to retain staff;
    Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
    Assist in implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals for all Key Performance Indicators including sales, SPIFFS, and store contribution;
    Encourage all team members to participate and hit all sales goals, contests, SPIFFS and other incentives through leading by example and understanding promotions/sales, product knowledge, and customer service;
    Protection of Intellectual Property and other confidential information such as store sales, staff performance, compensation and company strategies;
    Ensure all team members across all stores in your region are adhering to company standards by having an excellent understanding and enforcing The Company Policy & Procedures, Company Handbook and embracing the Modern Store Code;
    Reducing employee turnover by way of in-person and virtual support in all regional stores;
    Retain your team members by nurturing their potential, pointing out areas for improvement, utilizing conflict resolution techniques and collaborating with HR about possible issues; this will enable HR to identify skill gaps and plan training programs;
    Cultivate and grow a strong team of motivated and committed store managers who will drive sales and hit store targets, who you can trust to delegate store specific tasks;
    First point of contact for specific location store break-ins/theft, follow up with necessary inventory, insurance claims, and take all appropriate steps to forestall a reoccurrence;
    Ensuring new stores are set up to standard and take care of logistics for new location(s) as well as coordinating regular store maintenance and repair;

    Collaborate and communicate with District Manager to support each other's growth for overall store success; Attend and participate in sales and management training meetings and events as directed by Management; and perform all roles and responsibilities of the Store Sales Associate and Store Manager, and other duties as required.

    Must be flexible and have open availability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - individually and as part of a team;
    Strong problem identification and conflict management skills with a proven record in overcoming objections;
    Minimum 5 years of Retail Industry experience;
    Minimum 3 years of Management experience;
    Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle to travel throughout Alberta to different locations;
    A valid passport is required - frequent travel, which may include travel outside of Canada;
