    What You'll Do

    As the 2024 summer intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and finance team in executing various initiatives. This position offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on learning and practical experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the operations and finance teams to gain exposure to different aspects of our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with internal partners and external parties in identification, acquisition, development, and commissioning of a new operations site
  • Assist in providing process hazard assessment for mitigating risks at manufacturing site.
  • Collaborate with the operations team in providing training and ongoing support to our site teams around the regions.
  • Participate in monthly business review meetings for regions financial results, commercial and operations updates.
  • Support financial budgeting and forecast functions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly management reports for senior management.
  • Provide support in creating Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure and track operations efficiencies.
  • Participate in site visits with the team, identifying and actioning any process improvement opportunities.

    Duration: 10 – 12 weeks
