Looking for an opportunity to work in a constantly evolving and dynamic environment?

We are currently looking for a Pipeline Integrity Services Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to a team responsible for enabling the Integrity Management Program by providing Pipeline Integrity systems and services.


What you will do:

  • Ownership and management of the Integrity Management Program (IMP) in compliance with the requirements in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Framework.
  • Facilitate updates and improvements to integrity programs that implement IMS across asset classes.
  • Ensure program are developed and implemented to achieve safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operations of Liquids Pipelines system in compliance with IMS.
  • Ensure annual reporting obligations are achieved.
  • Ensure continual improvement in process for development and reporting of departmental performance metrics and reporting obligations are met.
  • Ensure departmental competency management, including competency assessment, leveraging technical leaders, development decisions, and tracking progress.
  • Ensure continual improvement of document management process.

Who you are:

  • Engineering degree and registration or eligible or registration as a Professional Engineering designation with APEGA. 10 years of progressively responsible engineering experience is preferred.
  • Integrity, integrated management systems, or other asset industry related experience is an asset.
  • Effective interpersonal skill and effective facilitator.
  • Progressive leadership development and experience: coaching, mentoring, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience and ability in crossfunctional collaboration, alignment and influencing collaborators and all levels of management.
  • Selfmotivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a teammate with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Valid passport to travel to the US when required.

  • Office environment.
  • This position may require occasional travel, up to 10%
