Seeking highly motivated, hard working individuals with the required skills and knowledge in processing plastic PETE type bottles.We are a custom manufacturer of plastic bottles/jars. Poly Blow Moulding Inc., primarily focuses on PETE processing. We focus on two types of PET processing, Single Stage and 2-Stage.
We are looking for individuals who will be able to conduct mould changeovers/setup on the machines for new components, troubleshoot and process and type of bottle/jar.
Must have technical experience within this area of plastics.Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
- Design plant layouts and production facilities
- Conduct work measurement or other studies
- Collect and compile operational or experimental data
- Collect and analyze data and samples
- Develop manufacturing and processing procedures
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Set machine or equipment controls, oversee production and inspect processes
- Train and supervise staff
- Prepare production reports
- Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$28.85 per hour
