What you will do:

  • Ability to break down mega (L1) to mini processes (L2 and L3)
  • Interact with the customer and users to understand and document current state business processes, their concerns and expectations from the proposed system
  • Evaluate the findings and redesign the business processes to meet business requirements and ensure higher efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define the business requirements of the proposed solution and write Acceptance test plans to validate business rules.
  • Responsible for acquiring and synthesizing business domain knowledge for the offshore team

What will you bring:

  • 68 years experience with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • 45years experience with creating use cases and supplemental requirements documentation, such as process flow diagrams, nonfunctional requirements, use case diagrams, and navigation maps
  • 5+ years experience working with testers to resolve defects, managing change requests and leading requirements gathering teams
  • 5+ years experience with planning and scheduling using UAT, leading facilitated sessions and reporting status
  • 4+ years experience with understanding of project work plans and experience developing or participating in the development of work plans/schedules
  • 3+ years as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst including Lead Development
  • Proven experience managing and leading small to large teams
