    As Director, Brown-Forman Portfolio you will be responsible for leading supplier communications and strategic commercial planning for assigned portfolio, while leading and developing exceptional industry talent

    Reports To: VP, Sales

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead communication with suppliers regarding overall business in Canada
    • Lead the preparation and communication of all suppliers reporting.
    • Lead the ongoing execution of the portfolio strategy nationally to ensure delivery of the AOP
    • Lead Commercial Planning Process and deliver annual Portfolio gameplan: Annual Operating Plan, Trade Plan Development, Event Planning, Trade Visit Planning, Incentive Planning
    • Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to the AOP and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on action plans
    • Manage team's T&E and Supplier A&P budgets effectively.
    • Actively participate in Internal regional Quad meetings, representing the Portfolio
    • Schedule, lead, and execute Quarterly and Monthly Business reviews with suppliers, ensuring all materials and stakeholders are prepared
    • Implement pricing strategy to deliver aligned pricing on all SKUs vs competitive benchmark
    • Participate in Internal Business Review meetings with Breakthru Canada Executive
    • Build and manage relationships across all internal stakeholders at varying levels
    • Prepare and maintain calendar of business reviews
    • Collaborate with Analytics team to create new analytic reports that help drive the Portfolio selling stories
    • Play leading role in executing new platform and new channel strategy as required
    • Lead Supplier Market Visits, including all internal and external coordination with support from direct reports
    • Develop compelling customer proposals that leads to sales success.
    • Collaborate with Sales VP to perform Supplier evaluation analysis
    • Lead, coach and develop direct reports to realize potential and achieve business ambition
    • Maintain high level of employee engagement and a culture that encompasses Company values
    Qualifications:
    • 7-8 Years of progressive Sales and Marketing roles preferably in the Beverage Industry
    • Minimum of 3 Years people management experience
    • Undergraduate degree in Business or similar
    • Bilingual (French & English) a distinct advantage
    • Excellent Project Management Skills
    • Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation skills
    • Strong Interpersonal/Influencing Skills
    • Customer oriented and results motivated
    • Category Management Fundaments & Commercial Execution Focused
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competitive activities within the industry
    • Working knowledge of social media and PR in Canada
