Office Coordinator


Braber Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a professional and pro-active individual to join our team as an
Office Coordinator.

The key objective of this position is to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations between office staff and management.


The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
  • Handle internal communication with office staff
  • Mitigate employee absences by adjusting workloads to create smooth operations
  • Understand basic positions to keep workflow consistent, adjusting where necessary
  • Follow up with employees for daily, weekly or monthly meetings
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with coworkers (and customers, if necessary)
  • Continue to cultivate a positive culture within the office
  • Resolve conflicts, addressing any problems, obstacles, or challenges to management
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and process improvements to management
  • Create and inspect completed checklists from office staff
  • Administrative tasks, as necessary
  • Other duties, as required

Qualifications:


  • 5 years + administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing role
  • High level knowledge of Excel, Office, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
  • Friendly, approachable and a team player
  • Extremely well organized, able to work independently or as a team, with a high level of initiative and flexibility; willing to take on new tasks, as needed
  • Selfmotivated and able to problem solve within a fastpaced, constantly growing environment
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or Office Manager, considered an asset
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Compensation commensurate with experience. We thank all applicants; only those considered for an interview will be contacted.

From $60,000.00 per year
