Our focus is to expand our user base geographically, targeting new regions throughout Canada.

The firm currently provide services to the top 5 residential developers, real estate brokerages, and municipal law firms in the Greater Toronto Area.

Sales and Product training will be provided and Health Insurance coverage is available.


Responsibilities

  • Respond, qualify and followup with inbound sales leads
  • Manage and progress multiple prospect sales cycles (i.e. prospect followups with next steps and action items)
  • Provide live (via online/video conferencing) MYP product demos to prospects
  • Provide customer service and care to existing clients ensuring annual subscription renewals
  • Develop new targeted prospect leads (working with our marketing department) by leveraging online and social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Industry Websites/Associations
  • Actively research and follow industry trends within the urban planning and real estate industries know how to find the answer
  • Perform a variety of administrative, clerical and research activities including maintaining CRM/Sales database

Qualifications

  • College/University Degree or related work experience could be considered as equivalent
  • 25 years of subscription software sales experience
  • Background in Urban planning and/or real estate industry is preferable
  • Clear and professional, interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written are musts
  • Strong organizational skills & self motivated are necessities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or GSuite tools required
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Passionate about affordable housing and solving the housing crisis

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Day range:

  • Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

  • Toronto, ON M5J 2T6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
