For entry level individuals, your internship can start by working in various areas of the company

Skills and Experience:

Bilingual
French and English is required for this role
Able and willing to pass the four exams required for Quebec licensing, and commit to 12 weeks of internship that is required to get licensed
University degree or postsecondary education related to insurance is a large asset.
Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
Effective analytical skills, including identification of causeandeffect dynamics.
Good investigative manner
Adjuster's license, or currently pursuing CIP designation is a large asset.
