We are looking for anAccounting Manager to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time position.

_ How you will contribute:
_
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles.
- Manage company financial statements for various legal entities and facilitating external audit process and information requests.
- Perform analytics review on key financial/operational data to reveal the business trend/trajectory.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, assist in implementation of SOXrelated internal controls and documentation
- Support the management of overall program and project budget.
- Prepare adhoc reports and analysis

- Completion of postsecondary degree in business/accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and people management skills.
