Description

We are looking to hire a part-time, scanning assistant to work in our Windsor office with our busy litigation team.

This is an entry level position.

Scheduling will be on weekdays between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. The hours per week will be, generally, less than 20.


Duties include:

  • Scanning, and profiling, documents into our document management system
  • Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with preparation of production materials and print documents
  • Prepare files for closure & documents for shredding
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.55-$17.25 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
