    Job Summary

    Airport Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and professional Cabin Stewardesses to join leading airline teams in Canada. As a Cabin Stewardess, you will ensure passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable, and exceptional travel experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will represent the airline brand and deliver premium customer service on both domestic and international flights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet passengers and assist with boarding, seating arrangements, and baggage storage.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct pre-flight safety checks.

    • Deliver in-flight services, including meals, beverages, and special requests.

    • Provide first aid and manage emergency situations when necessary.

    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.

    • Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

    • Communicate effectively with the flight deck and ground crew for smooth operations.

    • Promote airline products and services to passengers.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual ability is an asset (e.g., French).

    • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    • Good physical stamina and ability to handle long hours on flights.

    • Height and weight proportionate to industry standards (to meet safety requirements).

    • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

    Experience

    • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

    • Previous experience as a Cabin Crew member is an advantage.

    Working Hours

    • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.

    • Rotational shifts depending on flight schedules.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Knowledge of airline safety and emergency procedures.

    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

    • Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies.

    • Excellent interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
