We are currently seeking a responsible and sociable retired couple to fill a unique role as Resident Managers of our vibrant apartment community.

This position is perfect for those looking to remain active and involved in their retirement years.

As the Resident Managers, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, prospective tenants, and vendors. This role requires high levels of initiative, customer service, and general maintenance abilities.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to leasing, rent collection, coordination of repairs and maintenance, and fostering a strong community spirit.

Compensation:

• A generous monthly salary of $3,800.
• Free accommodation with paid utilities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent people skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Previous experience in property management is advantageous but not necessary.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional and tactful manner.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive approach to problemsolving.
