• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms
• Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

• 2+ years of relevant design work experience in church media, Not for Profit, consumer brand or brandoriented agency and/or companies
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of design tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier and Lightroom.
• Fluent in English both written & oral
• The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, seek to understand and have sound judgement knowing how and when to escalate appropriately
• A postsecondary degree or diploma with a focus in design, advertising, or marketing.
• Strong computer and creative skills
• Illustration and animation skills.
• Basic print machine operator experience
• Basic Audio/Video technical skills
• Knowledge of advertising principles and SEO best practices
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
• Social media savvy with a passion for staying uptodate with industry trends
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other social media analytics platforms
