Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize QuickBooks for seamless financial transactions and maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Handle invoicing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to address daytoday administrative and operational challenges.
  • Engage with customers in our showroom, offering product education and support.

Qualifications:


  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and invoicing.
  • Competent in data entry using a 10key keypad.
  • Ability to work with customers, prioritize tasks, work in a fastpaced environment, adhere to deadline and be reliable and punctual.
  • Bilingual in English and French, and a College Degree is an asset.

Compensation:

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
