Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks for seamless financial transactions and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Handle invoicing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to address daytoday administrative and operational challenges.
- Engage with customers in our showroom, offering product education and support.
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and invoicing.
- Competent in data entry using a 10key keypad.
- Ability to work with customers, prioritize tasks, work in a fastpaced environment, adhere to deadline and be reliable and punctual.
- Bilingual in English and French, and a College Degree is an asset.

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
