    Smart Components Technical Sales Specialist

    We are seeking a Smart Components Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the electrical automation industry.

    This is an outside technical sales role responsible for driving business growth in the Smart Components segment. The role focuses on demonstrating the value of intelligent device data, optimizing machine design, and providing manufacturers with valuable operational insights.

    The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical Technologist, or equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education. They will also have 3 years of experience/knowledge applying RA's products or equivalent competitive solutions, as well as strong technical expertise and commercial leadership abilities.

    The ideal candidate will be proactive, consultative, and able to drive strategic, value-based sales conversations that position Smart Components as essential business solutions. They will also have excellent technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to present value propositions to mid-large size groups of customers (external and internal) both commercially and technically.
