Part-Time Contract

New Metric is also recognized as a leader in 360 o brand marketing for its success with Letterkenny and Bad Blood's off-screen extensions, including beer, collectible merchandise as well as Letterkenny LIVE, a North American theatre tour with the stars of the series.


THE ROLE
The initial contract term will be 3 months.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor inventory to ensure continual flow of merchandise throughout our supply chain and 3PL's.
  • Generate weekly report to investigate and report on any shortage.
  • Coordinate with the production planning and purchasing team members to timely address low stock inventory.
  • Work with 3PL team members to ensure proper receiving of inventory and SLA guidelines are being met.
  • Manage the software systems required for the role: 3PL dashboard, Inventory Planning Application
  • Work closely with finance team on reconciliation of PO's and receiving's.
  • Lead key programs: 1) Quality Improvement Program 2) Dimensional Weight Reduction Program 3) Key Expansion and Growth Programs
  • Identify any problem areas in the flow of inventory throughout all channels with an interest to optimize Cash.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a certification in ecommerce logistics
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical abilities.
  • Computer savvy with strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
  • Experience in logistics coordination and familiarity with customs and duty regulations in Canada and USA is preferred.
  • Must be a selfstarter, focused on accurate and timely deliverable deadlines, and be able to juggle priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset for problemsolving.
  • Works well individually and in group settings.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a strong cando ownership mentality who takes personal responsibility for accuracy and validity of data presented.

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
