Primary Responsibilities:


  • Driving Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) to and from work (Mon-Sat).
  • On call for late night or weekend driving of workers.
  • Weekly trips to the grocery store with workers after work.
  • TFW appointments: Bank account set up, SIN cards, Health Cards.
  • Arrivals and departures of the TFW's into and out of Canada.
  • Meet at the housing
  • Drive to bus stops when needed (Robert Q)
  • Welcome new arrivals
  • Acquire, cut and hand out keys / receive returned keys
  • Ensure one meal is available at housing (breakfast, lunch, dinner depending on arrival time)
  • Hand out cash advance cheques (have all paperwork required signed)
  • Pick up supplies from EVF and distribute at housing as required
  • Keep the bus clean
  • Take new arrivals to the grocery store 1st or 2nd day here to ensure they have food for the week.
  • General property upkeep at housing as needed (cut grass, clean yard/driveway, clean foyers, windows,
stairs and hallways).


Education/Background Requirements:


  • Minimum of a CZ Drivers License required.
  • Must provide a driver's abstract and a CVOR abstract within the last 30 days.
  • Three years of driving experience required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Must pass Background check.
  • Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally,
present information and direction and field questions from.

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Working Conditions:


  • Weather conditions may vary (snow, rain).
  • Visual and audio sensory are needed regularly.
  • Sitting, standing, walking.
Paid a flat rate per run and then hourly for additional tasks.
