Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and friendly Server to join our amazing team.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests that exceeds their expectations.

Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Introduce yourself to guests and answer any questions they may have
• Take accurate food orders and ensure their dietary needs are accurately met
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
• Serve food and beverages to customers with professionalism and attention to detail
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, manicure guest tables and bar areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Smart Serve Certification will be required
