Job Description:
The Manager I, Wellbeing role is responsible for managing and delivering an employee wellness program for people who work in Content Moderation, viewing sensitive content.
This role will partner with leadership and other business units to ensure the program is successful, and directly with the client through regular meetings, reports and presentations.
This is an onsite position based at our Chilliwack site in British Columbia, Canada.Skills required:
- Clinical, Counselling, Industrial or Organizational Psychologist with current license to practice in designated location
- Minimum Master's level qualification MA/MSc/MPhil/PhD/PsyD
- Additional certifications in a range of therapies
- Minimum 3 years' experience in wellness or psychotherapy field
- Experience delivering wellness programs, preferably within a business environment
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathic and pleasant manner, blending well with teams and individuals
- Able to build trust with senior leadership and rapport with employees who participate in wellness programs
- Strong people management & liaising abilities
- Good presentation skills
- Experience delivering training, workshops and webinars
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Experience working in Content Moderation would be a big plus
Role description
Strategy
- Drive initiatives to achieve healthy outcomes
- Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data
- Leverage data and insight to plan and delivery program content
- Recommend organizational process change
Working with individuals
- Conduct wellness needs assessments and psychometric assessments
- Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions to guide and coach employees
- Monitor ongoing health of employees
- Monitor progress to ensure needs are met and make adjustments where necessary
- Manage clinical cases as appropriate
- Ensure appropriate escalation procedures are followed
- Design activitybased workshops as related to the work, on topics such as maintaining worklife balance, managing stress, managing emotions, adopting healthy behaviors, etc.
- Delivering sessions that address common observations or issues
- Report on health outcomes and impact of sessions
- Regularly communicate with the management team on a regular basis to discuss observations, trends, insights, risks and concerns
- Regularly communicate with the client and thirdparty vendors related to the program
- Design and deliver all communications to employees about wellness program
- Manage dashboards and reports as related to wellness program
- Manage confidential records and reports
