This role provides legal support and advice related to intellectual property (IP) and product development, including the prosecution of patent and trademark applications.
The ideal candidate will have a law degree qualified in Ontario or another Canadian province, be an active member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or other Canadian Province, and have at least 7 years of experience in intellectual property and product work. Experience as a patent lawyer and in-house legal experience would be beneficial.
Bilingualism is required for this position - Quebec-based only.
