We're currently looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic career-minded People & Culture Student to join the Edmonton studio for a four-month term who can thrive in a fast paced, people-and-performance-driven environment to provide support on DIALOG's Talent Acquisition and Recruiting activities.


How you'll make a difference:


  • Collaborating with the Advisor, you will create Talent Acquisition training materials and resources that will be utilized internally at DIALOG.
  • You'll provide support and coordination on onboarding and offboarding activities firmwide.
  • You'll leverage HR Technology software to produce metrics and dashboards that will identify opportunities and trends within talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement.
  • You'll assist with administration duties relating to employee exits, transfers, and other updates, as well as responding to adhoc reporting requests.
  • You'll have the opportunity to answer general employee questions and respond to requests for information.

Who you are:


  • You are currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Human Resources degree or diploma, or equivalent program.
  • You are organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You can confidently communicate in a personable and professional manner.
  • You are able to prioritize and manage workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
