What you'll be doing

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
Build, lead, and manage a highperforming marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to optimize results.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute accountbased marketing initiatives that support revenue growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities, proactively identifying opportunities to expand market share.
Oversee the management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings, serving as a brand ambassador and thought leader.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in midtolargesized organizations, driving significant business growth.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a highperforming marketing team.
Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking, with experience in marketing performance measurement and optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Indepth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics software, SEO tools, and paid media platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Facebook and Reddit.
Willingness to travel as needed to represent the company at industry events and engage with clients and partners.
