Job Summary

The Client Servicing Specialist will be responsible for private client sales & retention, handling general customer enquiries via WhatsApp and email, as well as providing administrative support. The role involves proactive outreach to prospective clients, managing private session bookings, conducting post-session follow-ups, monitoring client package balances,
