**Busy Ok Tire location, looking to add quality employee.
Journeyman ticket an asset but would consider strong 3rd or 4th year mechanic.
Monday to Friday - 8am to 430pm.


Duties:

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks according to standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic equipment
• Tires
• Assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repair tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification in automotive repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for repair work
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and provide quality service

Skills:

• Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repair work
• Maintenance: Knowledge of routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Power tools: Proficiency in using power tools for various repair tasks, such as impact wrenches, drills, and grinders
• Hand tools: Skill in using hand tools for precision work, such as wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers
• Mechanical knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
• Welding: Ability to perform welding tasks for repairs that require welding techniques
• Automotive repair: Experience in diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues, including engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension repairs
