ACADEMIC PROGRAM ASSISTANT (BAND LEVEL 4)
Discipline of Psychiatry
Faculty of Medicine
(Full-Time, Permanent Position)

This competition may be used to fill identical positions in this unit within three (3) months of the closing date

DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience (1-3 years) in academic program activities in a university environment; supplemented by a diploma in office or business administration; or any combination of experience and training.

Demonstrated analytical skills, experience in a fast-paced environment; minute taking as well as experience with, and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs are required.

Experience in administration of academic programs, familiarity with OSCE examinations, knowledge of One45, and MUNCAT software are considered assets.

SALARY $49,308 - $57,841 per annum (CUPE Local 1615)
