Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Inspection Clerk on a temporary (up to 4 months) basis on our Equipment Integrity team at the Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC).

This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

Are you an administrative professional who is highly detail-oriented? This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate and grow your data management and clerical skills at our CRC location.

What you'll do:

This position is responsible for providing clerical and support services to the Equipment Integrity Section.

Process radiographic and ultrathermonic data for electronic storage.
Enter metadata and upload documents to SharePoint.
Set up, input, and revise databases for Inspection Programs.
Perform a variety of duties of a clerical nature.
Other related duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Early Careers and:

Completion of Grade XII plus a recognized business secretarial course, or equivalent, with a minimum of 50 wpm typing speed and one year of closely related experience is required.
Good computer skills, particularly with programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word, is preferred. Familiarity with computer programs such as Ultrapipe, Microstation, or Autocad would be an asset.
Thoroughness, accuracy, and organizational skills are required.
