Under the direction of the Medical Office Manager. you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


What you'll do

  • Provide daily administrative support to the medical office and clinical team (physicians, nursing, chart prep, CSRs, transcription, reception and flow) to ensure efficient operation and flow of work
  • Work in collaboration with medical office team to ensure proper process and procedures are in place to manage administrative aspects of special client accounts
  • Maintain a high level of current product and service knowledge
  • Maintain and mo4ify confidential medical electronic/paper filing/retrieval and transfer methods, systems, formats and information
  • Responds promptly to questions and concerns from clients, employees and Physicians
  • Maintains confidentiality and follows departmental guidelines
  • Able to identify and document process shortfalls that present themselves and communicate issues to management
  • Recommend possible solutions to minimize and remove barriers to the administrative workflow and office processes for review, approval and further direction
  • Manage monthly inventory, supply check of office supplies and maintain office supply room
  • Manage the flow of guests in the clinic in coordination with the Flow Coordinator and other team members including Physicians
  • Participate In special projects and quality assurance initiatives
  • Performing other related clerical activities and crossfunctional responsibilities as assigned
  • Performs other related duties

Qualifications:


What you bring:


  • High school diploma with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience working in a fastpaced environment, providing a high degree of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and great work ethic
  • Very good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills; multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and good judgment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Passion for working within a collaborative team and providing amazing guest experiences
  • Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Reception experience (preferred)
  • Health Studies (preferred)
