Position Information:

This is a corporate position serving both Riverside and Civic Campus.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, this position is to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the clinical unit is running effectively and efficiently.

The position will ensure that the delivery of the day to day Clinic Services of the Family Health Team is provided to the patient population, that all aspects of service are fully integrated, that services are provided safely and at the highest quality of care and that corporate priorities and initiatives are managed effectively.

Rotation/Shifts:

Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Health or Social Sciences or relevant experinece;
Three (3) to five (5) years related experience and administration in the health care field;
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the principles of primary care;
Excellent negotiation, problem solving and conflict management skills;
Sound judgment and initiative;
Excellent time management skills;
Proven ability in working effectively with all members of the healthcare team;
Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills;
Ability to respond to large numbers of simultaneous demands from employees, patients, physicians, director, colleagues and affiliated organizations, etc.
Superior written, verbal and presentation skills;
Superior interpersonal skills;
Ability to be an effective change agent;
Demonstrated leadership skills in a complex organizational structure requiring supervision at different sites;
Demonstrated team development skills;
Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 360 (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Sharepoint), Epic, Workforce ESP/Vocantas, Oracle E-Business Suites, etc;
Eligible to work in Canada.
