Full job description
Silent Partners Studio is looking for a structured, proactive, resourceful, meticulous and efficient Accounting Technician.


Main responsibilities
Admissibility analysis

  • Preliminary analysis of projects eligibility;
  • Collect required information;
  • Assemble required documents and forms;
  • Validate with accountants and government agencies.
  • Act as the primary link with internal and external stakeholders.
Team support

  • Provide bookkeeping support to operations team

Qualifications:


  • College diploma (DEC) in accounting or equivalent;
  • 2 years accounting experience in a similar position;
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks online software;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 Excel & Word;
  • Spoken and written languages: French at professional level and English at intermediate level.

  • Ability to work on different files simultaneously;
