You appreciate teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills
You present as confident, courteous and professional;
Knowledge of hospitality industry would be a plus
You have 1 to 2 years' experience in maintenance and building services or equivalent experience.
You have previous experience working in "4 Star" properties.
You have a valid driver license.
Now that you're convinced that you're the one we're looking for, read on to get a feel for your day-to-day:
Fixing any safety hazards;
Assemble furniture and other equipment;
Doing minor plumbing.
Assisting in moving of furniture.
Dispose of trash, replace light bulbs, tighten cabinetry or appliance hardware;
Fix leaky pipes, clean drains, painting
Maintain storage cleaned and organized.
Help with pick up and drop off linens and towels.
