Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records
  • Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Creating invoices and managing payments on Quickbooks, ensuring customer info is uptodate and errorfree
  • Operate office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
  • Process all registrations of new HVAC equipment, process extended warranties, and part claims.

Skills:


  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Accurate and fast data entry abilities
  • Familiarity with HVAC or trades is a plus
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong clerical skills for organizing files and documents

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
