Key Responsibilities:

  • Source internal and external stakeholder information to produce, write and build social media content, including video. Also, identify trends, and best practices of the various social media platforms we use and monitor analytics for our channels.
  • Regularly maintain our social media calendar and scheduling posts accordingly to maximize their reach and exposure.
  • Identify company associations, affiliations, and target audiences that our posts can be tailored to.
  • Contribute to the development of communication materials, such as press releases and internal announcements, to support the company's public affairs
  • Regularly updated SEO on company website to ensure it continues to work as it has been defined and to increase our result rankings.
  • Take meeting notes and minutes and prepare summaries for internal and external
  • Provide support to the Reputation Management team in implementing its broader plan.
  • Assist in the process of developing new sections/pages and updating content on our new intranet.
  • Contribute to the monthly internal employee newsletter by interviewing employees, gathering facts, accessing pictures and writing articles.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as, public relations or communications.
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate it effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint in M365, Hootsuite and familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Canva
