Our NAPA Distribution Center is looking for a Customer Service Agent._**
_ UAP offers a range of benefits and advantages such as an insurance plan upon hiring, a pension fund and much more_

Main Responsibilities:

Help customers place, verify and track orders with suppliers.
Give return merchandise authorizations to the DC and request return authorizations from suppliers as needed for direct returns.
Carry out any other related tasks requested by the manager such as memo of policy changes or messages announcing a change.

Qualifications
**_

To join our team, you will need among other things:_**- Bilingualism, French and English, (spoken and written) because as part of your duties, you will have to collaborate frequently with internal clients across Canada.

Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
College diploma (preferred) combined with 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Assets: Speed and accuracy in data entry and knowledge of AS400
