Description
Duties:
- Increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service.
- Follow any special instructions pertaining to an individual order.
- Receive Shipments.
- Data entry and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
- Order entry and invoicing.
- Processing back orders.
- Report any quality or inventory discrepancies
- Utilize tools, equipment and chemicals safely. Follow all safety protocols.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel; Access preferred
- Order entry experiences an asset.
- Very proficient in verbal and written English.
- Ability to multitask and assist others when needed.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with some direction
