Continuing & Community Education

Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, the students will:
Perform administrative duties related to the summer intake of students to the Ottawa Catholic School Board

Be involved in document and data collection and entry as well as tracking of important information

Help to administer the student registration process which includes assisting parents with the registration process

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

One year of College or University

One year of related experience preferred

Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Applications and proficient computer skills

Detail oriented and customer service skills

Ability to organize and prioritize

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered

In addition, the following would be considered an asset:
Proficiency in other languages

This is a temporary, full-time (1.0 FTE) position from July - August 30, 2024. The hourly rate for this position is $18/hr plus vacation pay.
