Supply Chain Technician
A
Supply Chain Technician is responsible for timely data entry, generating shipping, receiving and inventory reports, cycle counting and acting as a customer service representative.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Process customer sales orders, purchase orders inventory receipts and invoices in accounting software ('SPIRE')
- Overseeing all inventory accounts and records
- Compiling inventory reports for review and analysis
- Performing monthly and quarterly inventory audits
- Updating SPIRE for internal transfers and for transfers among various warehouses
- Assisting in generating reports for Upper management for inventory movement, sales and production
- Verifying Sales orders and updating planning sheets as required
Skills and Specifications
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- MS Excel proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Experience performing transactions in an ERP system
- Good interpersonal skills and a quick learner
Education and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in supply chain / logistics
- Some work in inventory management is an added advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
- supply chain management: 1 year (preferred)
