Since 2020, ClearEstate offers technology-enabled services, designed to handle all estate planning and settlement needs. We are building an end-to-end tech-enabled service to alleviate the procedural and emotional burdens of estate planning and settlement.

What we're looking for
As an Estate Professional reporting into the Senior Director of Operations, you will:


  • Represent: Act as the single point of contact for our clients.

Facilitate:Act as a facilitator with external liaisons such as Notaries, Lawyers, Tax Accountants, government authorities and financial institutions.

Research: Perform legal research to best support our clients as needed.

Evaluate:Assist in the valuation of estate assets and liabilities

Deliver quality customer service:Support our clients by assisting with day to day needs with an empathic approach.

Collaborate with all teams:Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.


Who you are

2-5 years of relevant experience;
