You have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field
  • At least 6 years of both benefits and compensation experience with a minimum of 4 years managing programs in a consultative total compensation setting
  • Human Resources Designation (i.e. Certified Compensation Professional or Certified Human Resources Professional/Leader
  • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, technological savvy, research skills, quantitative skills, strategic planning and leadership
  • Financial acumen and ability to conduct cost benefit analysis of compensation/rewards programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and consulting with the ability to promote new concepts
  • Highly collaborative skills to embrace teamwork, with the ability to motivate and drive improvement
  • Strong time management skills including ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as but not limited to SAP, PeopleSoft & Workday

What you will do:


  • Provide input and lead the planning, philosophy, design, compliance, communication, policy development, evaluation and administration of all compensation programs
  • Provide guidance to leaders, colleagues and employees on total rewards solutions and challenges
  • Oversee the design and delivery of benefits and employee programs to find creative ways to reward employees beyond traditional benefits, recognition and perks
  • Collaborate with leadership on the strategy and design of benefit improvements and explore ways to improve operational efficiency
  • Lead the benefits programs, including utilization review, program communications, resolution of escalated policy and healthcare claims issues and vendor management
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to validate the relevant modules of the HRIS system are ensuring data integrity, compliant and functional to ensure successful delivery
  • Oversee and conduct analysis on internal and external salary statistics to advise and influence leadership on compensation strategy, programs and challenges including equity practices
  • Establish effective tools for Total Rewards planning and administration, including vendor selection and management
  • Stay current with market practices, governance policies and trends, legal and tax regulations
